Please Help as im not getting any help, I have been calling eskom to register my meter number since January, 1st time when i called they gave me the wrong ref number, 2nd time they gave me ref and they told me they will register within 21days, Then 21 days pases again and i called them they siad is not registered.here with my ref no:90485366 and my acc number is 5181332090.Im staying at bramfischerville on RBA houses, everytime i want Electricity i have to take a taxi to Snake park and they close at 16h00 and they dont work Sundays. I nned them to register so that i can buy electricity anywere i want even using internet banking. I dont know wat to do anymore because their are giving me emty promises everytime i call them.
Their Service is Very poor.
