My account is being debited since December... I'm livid that I have No response to date. To add to my disgust, a cancellation email was sent on 11 Feb and yet this month again I receive a bill of R675. When I call SCT Lucia Modise who is sickly unfriendly and rude has the nerve to tell me they have no record of my email or my cell number on their database. I even sent a cancellation SMS. After 4 hours on the phone between MtN and SmartCall, MTN has confirmed this company is billing me R20 per day. I'm now taking the legal route for my refund as these blood suckers are ripping innocent people off mercilessly. UTTERLY DISGUSTING BEINGS
I look at this trail of complaints, they have illegally made millions ripping innocent people off. What BS is this where they simply CANNOT PROVE WHEN, WHERE OR HOW U HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO THIS SERVICE that's non existent.
