Not 100%, product does NOT work

I spent 7/8 hours on this ridiculous 'Brazilian" treatment which did not work from day ONE. The suppliers guarantee the product but were not so quick to respond when I let them know that the product did not take to my hair. I spent the normal price (R1500) and was utterly disappointed. Months later, I am still experiencing the bad results with hair breakage. When I contacted Nicole for a refund, my requests were simply ignored. For suppliers who guarantee their product, they were nothing more than big talkers. I will NEVER recommend this supplier to anyone I know.
