We have purchased a bed from Mega Coach on the 5th December 2012 and have been trying to get someone to assist us with regards to the bed being heavily damaged. They have failed to respond to any of our messages, phone calls and emails since Decmeber and have made false promises. At this stage all we want is our money back for the appalling service not to mention, damaged goods being sold at the store/factory.
