I bought 9 m2 of tiles from Globel and had it delivered. Eleven bundles were delivered and the invoice said 9 m2. I didn't measure the bundles until the next day and found they only contained .75 m2 each. So I needed 12 bundles to make up 9 m2. I called Globel back and told them of the problem. They never delivered any more and never refunded the portion of missing tiles. Many attempts to on my part to get this resolved went completely ignored by the Globel team, and its manager, Doc.
