I purchased a set of couches from Mega Couch and Mattress at Stoneridge, Greenstone area on the 3 November 2012. I informed the Salesperson that it was an Urgent order as we moved into our flat on the 1st December. He said there would be a waiting of 6-8 weeks which I understood, he promised a follow up call 2 weeks prior to the purchase. I did not receive a follow up call. We then went on the 8 December 2012 (Saturday) to pay the balance of the couches - to find out that the specifics that were requested i.e Silver Chrome legs weren't stipulated on the Offer to Purchase, the Salesperson said he would follow up with the factory on that Monday to inform them and find out how far along the couches were and he will phone me with the status, again they failed to call me - being the end of the year it didn't bug me. I phoned in today to get an update to find out that the couches haven't even been ordered at the factory - WORST SERVICE I have ever received, now I must wait upon a refund!!!
