I logged a complaint on 14:26 Thu 17 Jan - concerning a No Notice increase of 50% in my rental agreement with Stor-Age Westrand.
After logging the complaint and contacting the branch and the their head office - they soon came back to me to apologize for the inconvenience and 'miscommunication' - They even updated then status on hellopeter...
I was promised that I would be refunded and everything has been sorted out on their side - NOW AGAIN I get an invoice for the same incorrect amount and when I try to call the new 'Area Manager' that promised to resolve the issue - The number in her email signature 'does not exist'...
Please Stor-Age, get your act together!!
