I bought 2 Groupon voucher for 2 A3 canvasses to be printed. First of all, they take a almost a month to print them. When i sent the photos i made sure to ask if the photos will fit A3 and Ben replied with a definite yes. When I got them, they looked horrible!!! I paid for A3, not one of them was A3 size, both much smaller and the one bigger than the other! They were dirty and of poor quality! Also wasnt stretched properly! I phoned to complain and Ben said he will reprint them and deliver same week. AGAIN I WAITED ALMOST A MONTH AND WHEN YOU CALL THEY PROMISE THE NEXT DAY!!! They also never call you, you have to call them! Eventually got them this morning! AGAIN THEY ARE NOT A3, AND THE ONE SMALLER THAN THE OTHER!!! What's the point in calling them and complain!!! THEY ARE REALLY USELESS! Pathetic customer service! Work is not good at all! I will never buy from them again and want to warn people not to use them!!! I've had vouchers from Groupon before from other printing companies and they did a wonderful job!! I will report them to Groupon now as well!!!
