It is IMPOSSIBLE to get your account cancelled

I have been battling for YEARS to get my account cancelled. Have already supplied affidavits as they requested THREE TIMES and still I get final demand letters. Words fail me. I tried to speak to them today and find them uncooperative. What do I do now??? Can anyone help me! PLEASE!!!
