Booked and paid Ashepp, Intro to Samtrac and Samtrac in 2012 for Feb 2013.Was told if payment was done immediately, that prices will stay the same, so payment was done. Never received booking details or starting dates, got to Nosa, bookings was never made and had to pay more money because the lady said the fee's went up, so I paid. Did the first two courses, and a month and a half later still no reply on my results. I now cancelled my upcoming Samtrac course, as the staff does not know what is going on there. Let's see how many excuses they have to pay me my money.
