Hello Peter

In February this year i attended incident investigation course at Centurion Branch. After few days I received results that i am incompetent. At the beggining of October 2013 i faxed my booking form for reassessment. After a week i was told that i must email the form to Lebogang. On 10 October 2013 I sent the booking form to Lebogang which i have not received any response to date. I decided to go to the branch, i was then told that 90 days has expired and i have to book the course again with full amount. I did not understand this arrangement as in the booking form or any form i signed at NOSA i did not see this clause. The lady could not able to explain further. I am frustrated.
