I am sorry to say this but I hate Nosa with passion and I don't think I'll ever recommend it to anyone. I lodged a complaint lastweek about my samtrac results and the representative called me on thursday and promised he will call me friday personally and latest will be monday, I waited he did not keep his promise and today am getting an sms that I failed my second rewrite so I have to start samtrac again with another R13900. This is really unfair and bullying after I waited so long for the results and already lost 2 jobs waiting for them. I don't have another money to pay again I gave my all during this course, I worked and studied very hard only to get a fail this leaves me with a question as to whether they are just generating money or what. I desperately needed this certificate for my survival but I guess shall see me through.
