Months for a mere refund

I have undergone training with NOSA and wanted to do one more training that costs R14000. I deposited R7000 with an aim of depositing de rest when I have it but could not gather the balance. In October 2013 I then called NOSA and spoke to a lady called Lizelle and advised her that I need a refund on the payment I did. She advised that it could take up to 3 weeks to complete and also advised which documents she needs as proof of payment. The very same day I sent ALL the paperwork. All I have been given there after were promises without gettting my refund and this amount was of huge importance as I needed to use it now in December. I was given promises and when I calledback for an update around December, I was advised that the company has closed for December holidays. Not only have I been inconvinienced for months for a refund that was supposed to be paid in 3 weeks but now the December that I need to use the money on has come and I dont have the money. Even worse the Company closed without my money nor a call or e-mail advising me of what is happening. I have suffered greately because of this, emotionally it has scarred me. Im angry beyond words and have to wait for January for help.
