I paid R1690-00 for botox to my forehead and crows-feet around my eyes at Lazerderm. After two weeks not a single wrinkle around my eyes had softened let alone disappear. The top line on my forehead closest to my hairline was gone, but the rest of the forehead wrinkles stayed. The Doctor looked and immediately agreed to redo it; no idea how many units around the eyes but only 2 jabs into my forehead and insisted the practically unaffected forehead looked 'fine'. My forehead is the reason I went for botox yet AGAIN after weeks I looked exactly the same! We made an appointment, car trouble prevented me from getting there 10:45. The dr refused to let me come 11:30 because it would make her max10mins late. Yet I was relocating to another province in the next two days and she was on leave from the following day. Her response was to go have it done again at another Lazerderm once I've moved. And pay R1690-00 again?? I told her I was very unhappy with spending all that money for absolutely nothing. She then claimed we didn't put enough units. WHAT? A R1690 worth of Botox should surely have made SOME difference. Won't ever go to any Lazerderm again.
