Sentinel Mining Industry Retirement Fund
Payment of my pension and lack of communication

I have recently lost my job and sentinel has pension fund
i have been going back an fourth signing docs to sentinel
i then called the call centre twice and they confirmed with me that all my documents are in order
that was 2 weeks ago
i then called the call centre today and they tell me i had tippexed my acc number on the document and i need to re-sign the document
i have no money to even call them anymore and they dont even communicate with the members
unacceptable from sentinel
now i signed the doc and then when i call them they will tell me it will take 16 to 30 working days for just processing the doc
in the meantime my family must starve
its sad that sentinel mining funds do this to ppl and though its the ppls money they have
