Waiting for my pension fund to be paid out

I was retreched on 19 june 2013. i submit all my papers and stuff, after a few days they phoned me saying there is a problem. well it was fixed and my papers was submit once again. It was before the22 july. they told me i must phone them after 2weeks, after 2 weeks they tell me to phone them again after 2 weeks, so today after 2 weeks i phone them just to hear i must phone them again after 2 weeks. it is really very frustrating. my fiance must pay for everthing in the house now, the rent, water and lights and all that stuff. im really really very devastating. things cant go on like this
