My story can t fit in the space provided. all I can say, is that the customer service I had really sucked, And I did not appreciate the attitude that followed I now understand why people say the things they do.
If you want your gun shop rules to be applied and understood, put the sign on the front door as your clients walk in so they cant miss it, not behind the counter out if easy plain sight and obscured by things in the shop. And if somebody fails to abide by the rules cause they did not see them, don't treat them like dirt and talk down to them, don't forget they keep your shop going and pay your salary. And never assume and judge a book by its cover either, Its just bad business practice!!!
I will now be taking my R 300 000 shopping list, to a shop who has stock and welcomes their clients with a smile and gives great service.
Try not to deal with this group if you can avoid it. shop around there are plenty of guns shops in JHB that will help you. and if they don't have what your looking for, they will certainly order it for you.
