Hygiene Solutions were booked to clean my carpets and curtains on 26 Janaury 2013. The cleaning crew arrived but had not been properly briefed. Not at any point in my discussions with the owner/team leader did he indicate that he doesn't work on a Saturday. The crew did what they thought best but were careless in the execution of their duties as they were under time pressures. When this was pointed out to Clive he was very offhand, particularly about a chair cushion that had been mucked up during the cleaning process. He offered to fix the mistake but seven weeks later my cushion was returned to me in a worse state. And then only because I had the personal cell number of one of the cleaning crew whom I had to nag and nag to return it. Clive avoided contact with me to the point of what I consider to be dishonest. His suspect business ethics include the fact that he does not have a physical address on any documentation so that I could fetch the cushion myself.
