I phoned yesterday for a price for stuff to be collected in PE, told them that im paying cash. Price was given to me at R90 for first 10kg and thereafter R6 per kg. Phoned today first customer service refer me to another dept. Lady not very helpfull said that i need dimensions, which i was not told yesterday and the person that gave me a price all of a sudden nobody helped me yesterday. This is curtains and a bedspread, how must i give dimensions for this and this was not asked yesterday. Nobody really intersted to help. The number i called was 0113831500. I told her i don't have the kilos so no alternative was offered because i dont have an account with them, are they only interested in their account customers. Unfortunately i did not take the persons name yesterday as i did not think that their policy will change in one day from kilos to dimensions, how do you give dimensions to curtains and comforters that is rapped in plastic and how would i know beforehand what this stuff weigh.
