I called in earlier on because I needed to inquire about my billing. I spoke to Daisy who appeared clueless & extremely rude, she dropped the call while I was busy speaking to her she dropped the call. I called back & I requested to speak to her boss unfortunately the boss Francious, also did the same while I was still speaking to him. surely if you want to receive bad service be a client of impact meters. bad employees & management. someone has to step up & get rid of these useless piece of s in this company, no wonder there is only complains on your hello peter your service...
