Its been 8 months since we have been trying to get ahold of MR ASHRAF YASSIEM from appliance world repairs to come honour the 1year guarantee he gave us on the service/repair of our fridge. our fridge came back worse then before it went to him for repairs. we have gotten no reply as yet from him & he does not answer any calls & no one knows where his business is located to go directly to him!! he definitely needs to be arrested & i will most definitely NOT recommend a man who does not keep his word or know anything about proper business practises to anyone!! yet he wants to play the religious card when asked to come collect our fridge & to leave a replacement as we were in desperate need of a fridge. he told us as a good muslim man he as unable to come as he was fasting and needed to be home as that was more important... where did his morals go when it came to honouring his word & his customers??!!
