For the past 4 months I have been complaini ng about my meter reading that MUST be to high, tis meaning that they must investigate. The response one receive from the is as if you do not axcist. As long as they get paid, they are happy. I call this BAD SERVICE. 9 Units even larger than ours bill is never higher than R700. Please explain. The only advise I can provide now at this point is to report them to the Town Council and the Beeld. [Email Removed]
