Demanding payment yet not answering queries to in

It is sad that this seems to be the only way to communicate and get a response from Afrox as they do not respond to queries through their so called official channels. I queried a statement at the beginning of December (4th Dec) and was even given an automated reference number T2013120402GC as may account has a credit amount which is not reflecting on the statement. To date they have not responded to my query yet they do send a letter demanding payment a month later.

It is truly not understandable that no one can sort out a query on a statement for a whole month yet can very quickly send a letter of demand.
