We were contracted by Refenste Logistics to handle the movement of goods from Laser Park to Cape Town. They called us at the last minute on Thursday to book a truck which we did, but Babalo postponed the load to Monday. Monday postponed load to Tuesday but Babalo Xozwa at Refenste definitely confirmed that the 2 x super-link trucks was guaranteed a load for Tuesday. Tuesday came and no loading was done and our trucks stood there at the entire day. So we charged them a full futile trip to Cape Town and discounted the second truck but to date have not received any payment although they were placed on notice via email & telephone prior to us placing our trucks for futile trips. Our suggestion to any service providers are not take on there business. Complaint by CNF Freight Services / Jeron Govender.
