I booked a SA Champ dancer and his partner in June / July 2012 for a show which they had to perform at in December 2012. He was extremely demanding and wanted FULL payment IMMEDIATELY for his 15 min show. He mentioned he need the money urgent for another international dance competition. So in good faith I paid him the full amount of R4000 without hesitation.
He appeared professional and I had no doubt. 3 weeks prior to the show in December I phoned him to update arrangements and he simply notified me that they can't perform at the show anymore and don't have the money to refund. He slammed the phone down in my ear and deleted and blocked me off Facebook in order for me not to contact him. I made several attempts to get this refund and he ignored all my phone calls and correspondence. I'm furious about this and I'm seriously considering laying charges. He took money and refuse to repay. I call is "" Please can you assist me!!
