I would like to request for a full refund for a ticket that i purchased at shoprite checkers for a Kirk Frinklin show that was due to take place on the 6th of December at Rhema Church at 19:00. When i got at Rhema church at 18:45 on the 6th of December, every one was standing outside waiting to go inside the church hall for the show, i also joint the group of poeple who were waiting. We were kept waiting there until 20:45 when i saw other people leaving then i also decided to leave as there was no one from the organisers who botherd to come to us and tell us why we waited for so long. i think its only fair that i get a full refund as i ended up not seing the show due to poor event orgsnising.
