I SEND OUT BETWEEN 20 TO 40 PARCELS A WEEK AND THE ONES I SEND TO CAPE TOWN GOT TO MY CLIENTS IN PIECES AND ALSO SOME PIECES MISSING THE INSURANCE ONLY COVERS LOSS NOT DAMAGE.
