I joined Amazing Vouchers because a friend referred them to me. I paid my membership relegiously, and because they do not have offers / partners that interest / appeal to me in my area I requested that they terminate my membership and refund my money as promised (full refund of money not spend should you not be happy or terminate mambership).
I made my termination request during mid February 2013, and received a letter from Heinrich Jacobs stating that they cannot get hold of me to "discuss my membership" and that I shoud contact their client service dept. I replied to Heinrich stating that I do not wish to "dicuss my membership" but rather want them to terminate it and refund me.
Amazing Vouchers deducted another debit at the end of February 2013, and still no one confirmed that my membership is terminated and what the refund amount is and when my refund will be paid to my bank account.
Is Amazing Vouchers ripping its clients off or are they merely turning a deaf ear to my request?
I no longer wish to be part of your client base and want my money refunded ASAP?
