NATALIA Pels of STEINMULLER Bilfinger Power Africa came to my guest house to inspect the property for an employee who was to stay here from 1 Feb 2013.
She liked the premises and I told her that my terms were strictly payment in advance she agreed to pay before the employee a M Maik Emmerlich occupied the property. An amount of R8800.00,
On 24 January 2012 I sent her a pro forma invoice which she acknowledge receipt of, she submitted the same for payment.
On 14th February she booked an additional employee in for another 3 months from April to end June 2013
After demanding payment from Natalia Pels, the finance department refused to pay me as I was not an approved vendor, I did not agree initially to any such application.
I agreed to do the application after the fact but not be bound that the terms of my payment would be affected in any way and I demanded payment and said I would issue a legal letter of demand and I would go to the police on a bilking charge if they did not pay by close of February.
The company has removed the employee from my premises without paying, and today I received a letter from the legal department that they will not pay me.
