Its shocking that I have emailed proof that i ordered a certain item. i am then told that they had a miscommunication. no offer of apology or means to amend the mistake sheldon has made. I am disgusted by the manner in which they treat their customers. now i have paid for something that our company does not want or need and all they can say it nothing. and i emailed twice requesting the item!!! its worst still sheldon tries to deny that i asked for something else. its unacceptable that he is still allowed to handle orders as i see this is the 2nd complaint about him from this company! both complains are about him!!!
