Contacted the dealership on 12/02/2013 for a vehicle that they had adverstised. Left my offices and viewed as well as drove the vehicle with Sheldon (sales executive) at about 13:00. Requested Sheldon to please obtain service records and look into some items that needed repairs. No reply from Sheldon so I decided to contact him on Wednesday, 13/02/2013. He still did not have any information but promised to get back to me. Did not get any news from Sheldon so I contacted the Dealer Principal, Roy, on 15/02/2013. Roy explained that the car was sold. He explained that I had not made any offer and they were unable to provide me with the necessary documents for the car. I was never asked to put down a deposit or make an offer before they could secure the vehicle for me.
To me Roy just defended the company and customer service is non existent. All I can say is that I am thankful for not doing business with them as I can only imagine what sort of after sales service they offer if the service before the sale was so poor.
