As per my emails sent to all the parties included - I will not go in to details as everything is in writing and has been sent however although our journey with Global Visa's started in September 2012, Our deposit was paid and Case 2439252 was opened. We had thought that the exciting journey to relocate to New Zealand had started. Whilst everything had gone smoothly in the beginning, all we are left with now is empty promise after empty promise with no feedback or response to any emails from anyone.
I would strongly suggest that anyone trying to relocate NOT use Global Visas - It all starts with you hearing what you want to hear and ending with you not getting what you paid for.
To date and as per all my emails - I am yet to be contacted by anyone regarding anything. I have now had enough and "I am sorry" - "I will call you first thing in the morning" is now just not good enough and as per your "quality of service", I suggest it gets reviewed as there simply is none.
Awaiting a response regarding a refund as this is just UNACCEPTABLE!!
