I have placed an order for flyers 7 days ago. Paid a deposit. Told them it was urgent. Jo-Anne left a message on my cell phone that they had a big problem. When I phoned today she said that the quote was wrong, they sent me an email (which I did not receive) and they have NOT EVEN STARTED with the flyers!!!
Further more she is not at her office until THURSDAY (today is Tuesday) so she will only give my money back then... after putting the phone down in my ear! So, we are still without flyers, without the deposit, 7 days later..
