If you guys read my previous post it elaborates on how unhappy I was about their service.
I called one of the higher ranking people at business print and managed to get a refund on the print. This person treated me really well, and even called me back! You don't see that in South-Africa.
Everybody makes mistakes, and my perception really changed about this company. In the end, the sad reality is that the employees don't really care about the company's reputation so that is the last place you should go and complain.
Thank you business print, even though the cards still took three and a half months to print
