On the 19th i i went to the branch in kokstad with my tracking number, i had to take off work in order to go, waited in the que only to get to the front and the lady tell me that i need the pick up slip and not just the tracking number, i've collected many parcels in that manner from various branches in the same manner with no problems, i tried calling the call centre and was on hold waiting for 1hour 22minutes when my call was eventually answered the lady dropped the call immediately without even waiting a second, i called yet again and waited another 37minutes till my airtime was finished, i bought more airtime and called again only to get a message that they closed due to public holiday. now i had to pay R324 in order to complain and resolve a problem from their side and staff that are not properly informed or trained
