I received excellent service from Martin Lourens: area manager as well as the store manager of Checkers Hyper in Gateway. I was shopping at the store early december, they were seling a playhouse for only R999, excactly what my daughter in Nelspriut was looking for her little daughters 2nd birth day, she visited the Checkers in Nelspruit but they did not have it in stock and could not order one for her.
I contacted MARTIN LOURENS and he went out of his way to find one and deliver it to the checkers in Nelspruit.
This type of service is very rare in South africa and I must compliment Martin and his store manager for going the extra mile to meet a customers needs. Well done! I will now only shop at your store!
