This is the second year I have had a PO Box at greenstone shopping center, and two years in a row now they have got my billing wrong. It is UNBELIEVABLE how incompetent SAPO billing is!!! I paid the fee for the PO Box as soon as I received it last year. I paid it online through the "virtual post office". It currently shows online that I have paid! 3 months down the line I am getting bills for this PO Box - which include late payment fees! And I suppose that next month they'll lock my post box - JUST LIKE THEY DID LAST YEAR WHEN I WAS PAID UP!!! Someone at SAPO must sort this out ASAP!
