You all need to be careful when dealing with Experian and Transunion ITC. What they do is, they know that most people usually retrieve their credit status only once per year and by that time you have probably forgotten your login details. They've made the account retrieval process so cumbersome that you end up giving up. Of course because they want you to pay for the report.
I've tried so many times to retrieve my login details from Experian, I've answered all their security questions, they promise to send me the password and PIN but everytime they only send me the password without the PIN.
The aim is to frustrate you. Expose these frauds!!!
