On the 13 of Febuary i posted a letter via speed service cause i was promised it would be in jhb for saterday, this obviously costed me extra money then normal delivery, guess what letter isn't there and IT HAS TO be there for SUNDAY, SO WHAT NOW SAPO?? YOU WILL REFUND ME MY SPEED SERVICE MONEY THIS IS EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Does anything government operated, function??? anything???
