Twice in the last two weeks we have had our cables, with power down from the middle of the night. Both times, the Customer Care Centre agents were efficient and extremely helpful, keeping me updated on a regular basis and when they promised that the power would be back by 8, it actually was!! I felt as though I was being treated like a person, with care and attention, and I am very grateful to Eskom for their exceptional service!!
