We recently moved to CT from Jhb & had Buddulphs pack, move, store, deliver & unpack our household once we'd found a place to live. Once we found our home, we contacted them 2 weeks in advance to arrange delivery of our furniture - to which they agreed.
On the date, we received a call asking if perhaps they'd already delivered most of our furniture as they didn't appear to have a full households worth of items i.e. no beds, fridges etc. When advised that no, they hadn't, we were told that they needed to find our items. We later received a call advising us that our goods were in storage in Bloem and that they would have to have our stuff sent down to CT and as such we would only be able to receive it (hopefully) the following day.
When our furniture did arrive after 3pm the following day, the unpacking service which we had paid for was non-existant, our dining room table and couch had been badly damaged and our dishwasher was nowhere to be found.
It is now a week later and we have had to do all the follow ups, they have not innitiated any contact. The dishwasher is still nowhere to be found. We are bitterly disappointed in the service that we are currently receiving.
