SPEED SERVICE = LOSS OF MY CHILD BIRTH CERTIFICATE

I urgently wanted to have my child's birth certificate delivered from Cape Town to Bloemfonein, so on the 09 Feb 2013 I went to the Matroosfontein Post Office to enquiry on the best service for this, I was told that Counter to Counter will be the best service to serve this purpose, furthermore I was assured that on the 12 Feb 2013, this parcel will be in Bloemfontein, which was very promising and satisfying to me, on the 14th Feb 2013, the receiver tells me that there's nothing that came through, in fact at the time she is at the Bloem post office counter.

I then followed up with speed service Track and trace line, and the consultant mentioned that the system show that the Item was accepted from me, but does not show that the parcel was dispatched, I had to hold the line for about 15min whilst she's checking with the branch, she then came back to me, telling me that the branch cannot find the parcel, and this matter is between me and the branch so she cant help i have to go the branch, because of work, I told her that I can't, then she gave me an inaccessible contact number telling me this is the branch number.

I am deepily disappointed with the service and regret using SAPO.
