I am very disappointed with Enbaya Prepaid meters and the services they have offered me so far. i am stuck with a faulty keypad which does not allow me to load credit for have electricity in my house and whenever I call them. I send hours on the phone with their technical team not knowing how to assist me and all i get told is to speak to our body corporate which in itself has not been helpful in this matter. no one seems to want to take some accountability for this.
i have now requested the cell numbers of the MD of Enbaya Prepaid meters and the call centre refuses to share them with as i wish to speak to the MD. this is my Fourth day with no electricity and the fifth time i am experiencing is and going for days with no electricity.
all i want is for Enbaya prep paid to send someone to my house and sort out their faulty keypad
