I had bought a Groupon voucher for flowers from Queensburgh Florist. When i contacted the florist the owner, Dawn was extremely rude. No proffessionalism what so ever. I had asked her what the process of ordering flowers were as i purchased a voucher from Groupon. She said there is no process, so then i said well then how do i know what my floral arragement will look like. Then she said i can go onto the website [URL Removed] and view the floral arrangements. When i went online and looked all the arragements were in dollors so i called her and asked her if i must choose an arragement to the equalvent of the voucher price which is what i did. I did say that i would like to see a picture of the flowers as i was ordering them for my mum and she said no she is to busy to send a picture so i said to her them how am i going to know what the flowers will look like, she said ok she will send it. A day passed and she never did send me a picture. i asked her not to deliver the flowers until i saw a picture. However she still went ahead and delievered a different arragement from the one i chose. I called her and asked her why she did that and she came very rude. Dont ever use them
