I will never return to this salon for anything and i highly recommend others shouldn't either. i paid R4000 for hair extensions, and they fell out of the bonds in under a month. after 2 months of waiting around and getting my lawyers to mediate between the owner and i (because of her complete cooperation), the owner first tries to blame me for the mistreatment of the extensions, which absolutely wasn't the case, after proving her wrong and recieving a horrible attitude from her over the phone she then decides to offer me a 'deal' which required me to actually spend another R600 at her salon. i told her i did not want to return and i wanted my money back, and she just chooses to ignore me. this woman has no idea how to run a business, nor how to treat a customer.
