Eskom disconnected a perfect working prepaid electrical box because it was loaded with high volume of units and hence not active in regular purchases. After 3 years we now out of units and Eskom says it will take 21 days to register the box. So we two weeks we have been without electricity and there is no effort on the part of Eskom to get is re-connected. This is poor service for an error on their side and now expecting the consumer to bear the brunt of their mistake.
