I have been waiting for a package for some time now. i have been proactive in keeping track of the item so that it is not held in customs. I have sent through my invoice and it seems to be stuck somewhere. When I look at the tracking status, it has been in transit for the last week and a bit. I have no idea how to get hold of someone that can assist.
I have tried calling the various numbers you have available with NO ONE answering the calls for over the last two weeks!
You customer services email address seems to be a dark hole that no one ever responds to. How do I move forward from here??
Oh and, your Sunninghill Branch also seems to not have a people to answer the phone...
