I called the Customer Care Centre Several Times.
88586508 15:38 Breaker was fixed
88631923 18:20 Engineer will be sent
88644876 10:40 No engineer on standby
88645230 05:15 Engineer to be dispatched at 8am
We are a LPU customer which is supposed to be at max without power for 4 hours.
We have an account manager that does not answer his phones.
We need run a business and we don't have power for 36 hours and counting.
Even Megawatt park can't give me somebody to get hold off and get my problem sorted.
It is shocking what we have to deal with.
BTW on hold now for 30 mins then cut cut off
