Missing Items from case

Hi,

I am extremely angry / disappointed because I recently bought a case of Corona beer from Pick n Pay Ottery Hyper, and when I opened the case there were 2 6 packs missing!

I am extremely angry as I expect to get what I paid for!

I was going to lodge a formal complaint with the Consumer Goods and services Ombudsman but it is part of the process to first contact the supplier.

I have my receipt and bar code of the items.

Looking forward to hearing from you ASAP.
