I am ticked off with the Wendywood branch Scooters Pizza because this is the second time i have tried ordering from them with no luck.
i called last week sometime to have a man answer the call and put me on hold. he then hangs up on me! i tried calling back and another lady answers she takes my details and mid way through the call says she cant hear me she'll call me back and NOTHING. no one bothers to call me back.
Today i call the branch and a man answers gets my telephone number and says he'll call me back and nothing.
what is going on with your over the phone ordering system?
this is a loss of business for your branch because on both occasions and the incompetency of staff i've placed my order at the Sunninghill branch, and i think i will be placing my orders with them in the future as they seem to be much more friendlier and much more efficient than the Wendywood bracnh.
